Standalone access to our guide library is available at $12 NZD/month (incl. GST), cancellable at any time. Programme participants receive library access as part of their enrolment.
Your consumer rights
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and match their description. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after payment. Full cancellation terms are in our Return Policy. We do not guarantee specific wellbeing outcomes — individual experiences vary.
Pricing questions
Yes, for Canopy and Rooted programmes we offer two equal instalments at no extra cost. Contact us before enrolling to arrange this.
No. Programme fees cover all listed inclusions. Optional printed guide packs are available at cost ($8 NZD incl. GST) but are not required.
Refunds are available under the terms set out in our Return Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off period and Consumer Guarantees Act remedies where applicable.
